Andrew joined Silverleaf Realty in partnership with Deborah Beardsley in 2010 and the pair have been directly involved in over $450 million in closed transactions, including resale, build-to-suit, spec homes and homesites. Andrew focuses his efforts on properties in Silverleaf, representing the majority of speculative homes on the market in the community. In this capacity, Andrew consults extensively with builders, architects and clients. Highlights include the two highest priced home sales in Scottsdale in 2015, the highest priced home sale in Arizona in 2011, and the highest priced homesite sales in Silverleaf in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
Prior to joining Silverleaf Realty, Andrew worked as a commercial mortgage banker with the Phoenix office of Johnson Capital, specializing in retail, office, industrial and multifamily financing. Andrew worked directly on a large number of closed loans that successfully funded over $500 million. Past and present experiences allow Andrew to bring an extensive knowledge and understanding of both the financial and real estate side of any transaction, which ensures that his clients’ personal and financial needs are met.
