Deborah Beardsley Participates in ASU’s Real Estate Council Panel on Luxury Housing Trends

Arizona State University’s Real Estate Council gathers industry leaders and professionals for on-going education in key sectors within the real estate industry.

Last week, Silverleaf Realty’s own associate broker, Deborah Beardsley was tapped as an expert panelist to share insights on luxury housing trends.  She brings more than 20 years of experience in the high-end real estate market and offered key takeaways for what buyers want when looking for a luxury lifestyle.

As you have seen in recent local and national coverage, the luxury market has remained steady and is seeing growth in certain segments.  The Valley is seeing a number of luxury resort communities coming into the market and Jim Belfiore, president of Belfiore Real Estate Consulting, and Erin Dixon, a luxury home market consultant shared their expertise as well on the panel.

Buyers choose luxury communities based on the experiences offered within the resort or master planned community.  Silverleaf offered a prime example of a niche home development that lives more like a resort.  From the early stages of development, Silverleaf set out to be known for and deliver an exceptional experience and as the community has grown, this has only improved.

Belfiore acknowledged the superior value and luxury offered at Silverleaf because of the unique amenities.  The spa, world-class golf, programming and Club experiences bring together members for unique experiences that interest, educate and engage members.   In addition to the outstanding Silverleaf Club experience, homeowners can enjoy access to the McDowell Sonoran Preserve and connect to retail and shopping as they wish – it’s all located in easy access.  It’s the best of all worlds!

Our team appreciated being able to provide insights to local real estate leaders on the long-term success of Silverleaf and learn more about the plans for future resorts to enhance the offerings here.
